Having trained with some of the top teachers in London and around the world, I use my background in sport and extensive knowledge of movement and anatomy to help clients from all physical backgrounds work through areas that are specific to them.

Starting from a young age, I trained at Sanchez Casal Tennis Academy in Barcelona in my teens, before continuing my journey in sport at the University of Manchester. Having ventured into the City (I lasted three years…), I realised that following my passion was far more important than just pursuing money. Initially Yoga was my gateway into the health and fitness industry; although the dream of becoming a professional sport person sadly didn’t work out, I found out I could help others instead…

Yoga is something I have had to really work at. Without a background in dance or gymnastics, like many other yogis, I was not naturally flexible. My hips were super tight and I did not pay enough attention to stretching after a match or gym session. In the beginning of my yoga journey I could barely do pigeon pose! I hope I am walking proof that over time, with patience and practice, anyone can start to see improvements; the body will start to open up and do things you once imagined not possible!

As my interest grew, I started to carve out a niche within mobility and assisted stretching, accepting that whilst Yoga might not be for everyone, my clients share common goals - to get flexible and move better. Pushing the boundaries of yoga, I have specialised in helping both athletes and those without a sporting background, enjoy the benefits of improved mobility. A strong and flexible body will in turn enhance your physical capabilities and help prevent injury - Prehab before rehab - I promise your body will thank you for it!
