Energising Flow
This is a vinyasa flow class to help energise, strengthen and lengthen. We begin by letting go of the day, and move to strengthen and stretch the body, whilst connecting mind & breath. You will leave feeling calm but invigorated - ready to float off into a wonderful nights sleep!

Wednesday

Slow Flow/Deep Stretch
This calming, fluid class connects breath with movement as you go from posture to posture. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next. Slow flow helps you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class, resulting in a very therapeutic moving meditation. This class is perfect if you are a beginner, if you just want to slow things down and feel more grounded or as a recovery session to ease tight and stiff muscles if you’ve been training.
