“With all the uncertainty and chaos of the last 4 months, online yoga classes with Minnie have been my regular space for peace & calm and me time. Some days are harder than others but the hour with Minnie is a safe space to do what your body needs. I have been doing 2 (or when I can 3) classes a week and I’ve really noticed a difference in my body – not just physically, but mentally too. The 7 day and then 30 day passes were a no brainer for me, as I know that I will want to keep training regularly with Minnie into the future. I had my first massage this weekend, and my therapist was so impressed that instead of being tight everywhere, my body was really flexible – I give a lot of credit to my weekly yoga practice. Minnie is one of those instructors who’s passion for yoga truly shines through. She inspires people to have fun and believe in themselves through positive mantras, and a 50mins class with her really puts any doubt I may have had into context. I’ve always wanted to do more yoga but was unsure if I would be any good, but Minnie has taught me I should never had doubted myself. Under her ongoing support encouragement and through the online community she has created I have seen positive changes in myself  both physically and more importantly mentally. Her 7 days for £7 yoga trial passes gives you a great insight into the world of yoga which I can guarantee will leave you wanting more.

I have LOVED getting to know Minnie and her classes throughout lockdown and beyond. I found it easy to prioritise my fitness classes but noticed a couple of months into lockdown I had neglected self care and yoga, when a friend recommended Minnie's Wednesday night slow flow class. I absolutely loved it and since then have tried other classes, including the yin/yang flow and Tuesday morning energising flow. The weekly and now monthly class passes are brilliant and have allowed me to try lots more classes - I wasn't sure if it'd work for me at first as I have a crazy schedule but being able to access on demand classes too is amazing! I highly recommend checking out Minnie's classes- with adaptations to suit all levels, incredible playlists and a really friendly atmosphere

"Minnie’s yoga classes are absolutely amazing! Her bright energy is contagious and I absolutely love the creativity of her yoga flows! I have been doing her Zoom yoga classes for the past few months and have experienced a wide variety of her classes. Every yoga sequence is fun, challenging, empowering and playful. I so look forward to every session I do with Minnie thanks to her friendly approach and empowering flows. Whether it’s a power yoga class or a slower stretch and recovery flow, I always leave my mat feeling a bit more connected to myself. Her sequencing has the ability to send you into that magical flow-like state of pure presence and connection. Minnie’s classes have helped me experience a lighter, more playful side of yoga, reminding me of the importance of having fun while you move. “As a very active sportsman, who is quite muscular, yoga can often feel like a foreign language. Frequently my instructors have had such different body types and workout practices that its hard for them to understand my limitations and challenges – and classes can seem like one impossible posture after another!

Minnie is totally different. She has quite a muscular frame and was a sprinter – so she really appreciate the limitations of larger muscles.

She guides you through poses that are achievable and beneficial with great understanding and direction. I highly recommend Minnie to anyone who is very sporty and has struggled to get the maximum out of yoga before.”
